Our Goals The Arrow of Light is the second year of the Webelos program for 5th grade youth. This year is intended to prepare the Scout to join a Scouts BSA troop while learning outdoor skills and participating in different adventures. A well-run Arrow of Light Den is a gradual change from being an 'adult-run' den to being a 'youth-run' patrol ready to fit right into an adventurous scouting troop.
Summary The Arrow of Light is earned by completing adventures. After completing the Arrow of Light, youth are encouraged to transfer into a Scouts BSA Troop (formerly called a Boy Scout Troop) selected individually by the Scout.

Scouts can join at any rank, so we would love to have your son or daughter join our Pack! In fact, many kids join as Webelos in order to earn their AoL and transition into ScoutsBSA.
